What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).
Do you offer financing or buy-now-pay-later? No. All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We do not offer installment plans, layaway, or deferred billing.

Orders & Billing
When is my card charged? Full payment is due at the time you place your order. Your card is charged once payment is authorized — orders ship only after successful payment.
I didn't receive my confirmation email. What should I do? Please wait up to 30 minutes, then check your spam or junk folder. If it's still missing, email us at info@thescratchpad.us.
Why was my payment declined? Double-check your card details and billing address, ensure sufficient funds, and contact your bank in case of a security hold. If the issue persists, email us at info@thescratchpad.us.
Will I be charged sales tax or extra fees? Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you place your order. We charge no extra processing or service fees. Free shipping is available within the contiguous United States and Washington, D.C.
Cancellations & Refunds
Can I cancel my order? Yes — within 24 hours of purchase, as long as it hasn't entered processing. Email info@thescratchpad.us with your order number and "Cancellation Request" in the subject line.
How long do refunds take? Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post it to your statement.
How long will my order take to arrive? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Tuesday–Saturday) and ship with an estimated 3–5 business days in transit — about 4–7 business days total.
